We understand that redemption of your vehicle or property can be a time-sensitive matter. That's why we make it easy to schedule an appointment with Total Fleet Services. Our online scheduling system is available 24/7, so you can request our services at your convenience. Simply provide the VIN to the vehicle, and you will be able to schedule a redemption or transport appointment

PROPERTY REDEMPTION APPOINTMENTS

Your will be allowed ONE appointment to redeem all the property inside the vehicle. Any property left remaining inside the vehicle will be discarded
You must surrender the keys to the vehicle while redeeming your personal property
You Must present a VALID and NON EXPIRED US Government Identification to redeem your personal property
You will be allowed 30 minutes to redeem your property: and
Non Completed appointments are assessed a $35 fee that MUST be satisfied prior to scheduling another appointment

TRANSPORT APPOINTMENTS

All Transporters MUST have their Insurance Agent directly fax us a copy of the Insurance Certificate demonstrating that proper insurance requirements to enter the property. Failure to comply will result in a charge to relocate the vehicle to a publicly accessible area
You Must present a VALID and NON EXPIRED US Government Drivers License to collect the vehicle listed on the BOL
When scheduling an appointment, you must upload the BOL OR Transport Order naming your company as the authorized transporter: and
Non Completed appointments are assessed a $35 fee that MUST be satisfied prior to scheduling another appointment

VEHICLE REDEMPTION APPOINTMENT

Our office must have release authorization on file, in our system of record, PRIOR to scheduling the appointment. The appointment will be declined if we do not have authorization to release the vehicle
You Must present a VALID and NO EXPIRED US Government Identification to redeem your vehicle
All applicable fees MUST be satisfied IN FULL prior to releasing your vehicle: and
Non Completed appointments are assessed a $35 fee that MUST be satisfied prior to scheduling another appointment
